What is included in the price?
Your host will provide a quote for your dates, including the nightly rate, $175 cleaning fee, applicable taxes, and the $75 per-stay pet fee if you bring dogs. Rates vary by date. Your total and booking terms will be provided before you confirm.
How does direct booking work?
Send your dates and guest count using the form below. We’ll check availability and reply with your total and booking terms. A request does not reserve dates; your stay is booked only after written confirmation from your host.
Arrival, privacy, and assistance
Keypad self-check-in lets you arrive after your scheduled check-in time. You have private access to the whole home and backyard. We respect your privacy and are available if you need help or local recommendations. Exterior cameras monitor the front and rear entrances only.
Traveling with children or dogs
Up to two dogs are welcome for $75 for the entire stay. The backyard is fully enclosed. Families are welcome; the house is not childproofed, and its antiques and architectural details may not suit every child. Children require supervision.
Firewood and outdoor games
A starter supply of firewood is typically provided for your first evening. More is available from local retailers. Cornhole boards are beneath the house near the grill; additional games are in the hall tree.
Something special for your visit
Ask about arranging Victorian Afternoon Tea for 6–10 guests, a visit to The Hidden Spa, or an adventure at Key to Escape. These experiences are arranged separately and cost extra. Overnight occupancy remains limited to six guests.
